This charming 780 sq. ft. casita addition, completed in 2023, enhances the historic Hillside Avenue area of Santa Fe by seamlessly expanding a traditional pueblo-style home. The project utilized the groundbreaking "B.Public Panelized Building System," a cutting-edge approach to construction that maximizes energy efficiency for homeowners while prioritizing sustainability for the planet. The innovative wall and roof panels create a net-zero, all-electric passive addition with a green heating system. B.Public architects collaborated closely with our clients to design an exterior that harmonizes with the original pueblo style and adheres to Santa Fe’s Historic Design Standards.
